On October 14, 2018, the RÚV Evening News, the national television in Iceland, interviewed Ragnhildur Ágústsdóttir, the co-founder of Icelandic Lava Show in Vík, Iceland. The reason was the opening of the first and only lava show in the world where it is possible to safely experience real flowing lava in close proximity.
