US Election News - 2012 US Election Map Shifting to Purple

http://uselectionnews.org The results of an analysis of Gallup poll data, compiled by Politico, from the last two years has signaled a shift in Party alliance for many states since President Obama was elected in Nov. 2008. States that were primarily red and blue, or Republican and Democratic, respectively, in 2008, have now become purple, or “competitive” or “swing states” heading into the 2012 US Presidential Election race.
