130 آب خنک
2 گرم شکر
2 گرم پودر خمیر ترش
100 گرم آرد نون با پروتیین بالای 12 درصد
برای خمیر:
خمیر ترشی که درست کردیم
1040 گرم آب ولرم
900 گرم آرد نون با پروتیین بالای 12 درصد
300 گرم آرد سبوسدار
8 گرم پودر خمیر ترش
25 گرم نمک
10 گرم شکر

دمای پخت 500 فارنهایت 260 سانتیگراد 15 دقیقه
