Tabakhi Kaj Dadman is one of the good cooks in the West of Tehran. They make a large amount of kalpache every day, and because of the high sales, it runs out very quickly. They always have hot and fresh Sangak bread, which is really great with kalpache.

The good thing about their kalpach is the use of large heads and the so-called shishka, and then the excellent color and glaze of the kalpach, which is well-placed and has its own spices.
They also have a punch potion that is a combination of an earwig, a leg, half a brain and an eyeball, here they also have a mix of brain juice, where they bring you a whole brain with juice and it's great 🤦‍♂️
